So pretty much everything went well minus Paul's injury and the FTA disparity.
The Lakers/Warriors game was only a few days ago and I clearly remember that one flipping at the start of the third quarter when the Lakers went up a level defensively. They forced Curry into turnovers and got a lot of easy buckets.
Ayton is still the key in this game. He needs to maintain focus in the third and the Suns need to get same damn foul calls with him in the paint.
Good point about Lakers 3rd quarter
Was also a fluff piece about the two ex Suns on their squad is who got into the team and they got energized. No need to emphasize how we don't want a repeat of that
I will add offensive rebounds to the not going well stuff and I could hear EJ talking about FTs in Playoffs but don't think it's from us not attacking
I will hope the refs let them bang down low because if DA is thinking about his 4th foul he not gonna challenge Drummond on the glass
As seen by first half, if Drummond isn't dunking or getting a putback he's a liability out there

You're correct.
Points in the Paint: Suns 34 - Lakers 20

Drummond is terrible. Vogel is doing the Suns a favor by playing him right now.
I guess it's slightly working because he's drawn fouls.

Looking great other than the discombobulated stretch after Paul went out.
The fact the Lakers are only -2.5 for the second half (so +5.5 for the game) speaks volumes
Agree that half was almost as good as you can get but the Lakers won't miss those outside shots and you can expect AD to get going. We can't have DA in foul trouble, tho Dario is doing as well as he can.
