It's great eating Crow(der) after trashing him.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Before the game started, nobody on TV was looking to see if the Suns could tie up the series. Instead they all talked about whether the Lakers could go up 3-1.
I did hear Jalen Rose mention we had a chance...though he was taking about Book pulling a Tatum and dropping 50

Does anyone know of a link where I could watch a replay of the game?

Team high +/-

He did have some awful looking 3pt attempts early. We’ve been a bad shooting team all series. That’s another thing that could swing big for us.

You're right. I did see that too. He was wrong as Booker only had 17 points in the win.

How about Ayton with 14 and 17? The young man is coming up big!

I’ve never been so optimistic about him as I am now. There is still a ton of room for him to grow, but if he can be this as a baseline consistently, I feel much better about signing him to an extension. I still don’t want a max deal, but one starting around 20 million? Ya I could get behind that.

Great response by the team after Game 3. Paul looked a lot better, not 100% but maybe 75% which was good enough. Hopefully he's that much better come Tuesday. We need him to be a threat in the midrange, which he was.

Big game from Crowder which was a relief. The shot finally started falling but I liked him being aggressive off the dribble and he was solid as always on the boards and defensively. The 3pt shot is key tho and opens up a lot of other things offensively for the team. Good minutes by Craig too, who I love as a 5 in spurts. Wish we would've seen that earlier in the series and it made the Lakers match up with us where we have an advantage.

Book is still struggling to find his offensive rhythm but if Paul and Crowder are hitting shots, he should break out sooner or later as the Lakers won't be able to double and triple team him.

DA with another great game. Fumbled a few passes but no denying his effort on the boards and around the rim. Even put a move on Drum off the dribble to get to the line. No complaints about him in this series.

Cam Johnson and Mikal are struggling a bit with the outside shot but Mikal's defense has been there and Cam at least tried to do some things off the dribble. Cam Payne was his usual self off the bench, love him attacking the basket.

I don't know if we win this game if AD doesn't miss the 2nd half. Frank and Dario are pretty unplayable at this point and Craig isn't the answer over the long haul.

Who would have thought we could win without anyone scoring more than 18 points?

The
You are right, but you could say the same about game 2 and perhaps 3, if CP3 had been 100%. Their frontline is brutal, but our entire backcourt rotation is head and shoulders above theirs if CP3 is at full steam. Shcroeder benefits big time from playing off Lebron and all the attention AD demands, and wearing a Laker jersey has allowed him to go punk on us to cover his defensive shortcomings, the same with Caruso shoving and instigating. KCP out actually hurts us, their shooting went up as it allowed Vogel to adjust without conceding.

If CP3 is truly back, I like our chances going forward as long as this not played 8 on 5, sending Ayton/Crowder to the bench 3 minutes into the 1st Q of game 5.

That late Paul steal was huge and closed the deal.

I'm 99% sure his twisted knee and groin injury occurred with his left leg.

This is the second game that I didn't catch any of, or even check Twitter until a buddy started texting me with only a few minutes left in the 4th. Guess I won't be tuning in moving forward!

After seeing the video of AD walking off, even if he plays in game 5, he will be severely diminished. I strained my groin playing soccer when I was younger and couldn't even walk up and down stairs for over a week. I was even on crutches for a handful of days. He was basically dragging his leg and it's a fairly quick turnaround, so we need to stomp on their throats in game 5.

Oh, and congrats Mori! Baby pic before every game moving forward.

A little google research on groin strains will show you, he's out for this series. Unless of course they're lying about what the injury is.

He's called Anthony Day-to-Davis for a reason. We'll just have to wait and see what happens in 48 hours.
