Didn’t think Klay had this in him still
And that was off his torn acl/torn achilles leg.

I don't think it's still torn. He's been rehabbing for over a year. At least, I hope his ACL or achilles aren't torn.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Warriors lose to the surging Grizzlies, dropping them a game behind us. We have the league's best record again.

Is it just me or does it feel like we are nowhere close to being the best team in the league?

Didn't realize Grizz streak is up to 10
They've been playing hard for last couple seasons, still have some Grit n Grind to them like the successful teams before but obviously play quicker

There issue used to be the inconsistent offense n lack of shooting but seem to obviously have something going now

It doesn't right now, but it did during the 18 game win streak.

Maybe because when we lose, we lose big. Of the 9 games we lost this year, only 2 have been <9 point losses. Our average loss is by over 14 points.

I care a lot more about how it feels in May, but yeah, right now it kind of sucks.

We have the best record in the nba, a Booker injury and covid threw off our groove, but I’m not worried. I’d like to add another wing at the deadline but we have a shot at the title, hard to ask for more

I get that take and respect it, but I don't share it. An NBA regular season is long and has lots of ups and downs. You have a ton of games, back to backs, injuries, and now COVID. A big part of it is just getting through the season. I don't think the goal is necessarily to look like the "best team" in December or January. That'd be great, but I also care about getting guys rest and reasonable minutes, and I want to give them some slack for things like injuries and COVID.

One important thing to remember is, we watch this team so closely, we see every imperfection, every issue, every concern. We don't watch, say, Brooklyn or Milwaukee or Golden State nearly as closely. All those teams have their shit, too. If we watched them as much, we'd have similar concerns I suspect.

Bottom line is, we have the best record in the whole league, and that's despite some flaws and issues with our team. We should be immensely happy about that.

I’d hate to see Smith go after what he’s done but yes I’d consider that. One second would be even better obviously. Also interested in Nance tho.
