Ya Dallas switched smaller guys onto our bigs at times and we couldn’t take advantage. Ayton is also better defending the pick n roll. You see it with the elite pnr ball handlers…Luka picked apart Javale and Biyombo at times. Ayton can also defend Luka pretty well on switches, Ayton is really a pretty valuable guy against Dallas. They don’t really have anyone to match up with him and he is a pretty big defensive deterrent to what they want to do.

This is why I'm hoping for an Eric Gordon trade. They could really use a steady and reliable threat off the bench at SG.Mori Chu wrote: ↑Fri Jan 21, 2022 5:20 pmFunny how once we stopped playing Shamet, everything got better for us.Shabazz wrote: ↑Fri Jan 21, 2022 12:50 pmCredit to Monty for his rotations in the second half. He didn't play Shamet at all and he basically ran Biyombo out there from the mid-3rd all the way through the 4th. McGee didn't seem to have his usual energy, so not going back to him was a big factor in getting the win.
