Just saw this story on the broadcast. Atlanta is bringing CONCACAF to the NBA.

I would've been better off just cutting a hole in my pocket it seems. Two seasons in a row the Hornets completely shit the bed in the play-in.

Miles Bridges just got tossed and proceeded to black out, hitting a fan with his mouth piece. Definitely a fine from the league office coming for him.

CJ is so underrated. If Daryl Morey didn't have a James Harden fetish the Sixers might've made it to at least the ECF with CJ and Seth Curry next to Embiid.

Agreed; he's been great for them. I also really like Herb Jones. I hadn't seen Jones much this year but he's fun to watch. A lot of their guys are playing well: Valanciunas, Ingram, etc. Their bench is giving them almost literally nothing, though.

Spurs not looking too great. In a sense it's a minor miracle they even got 10th with that roster. I think this is likely to be the last game Popovich ever coaches, now that he has the all-time record.

What an embarrassment that the Lakers couldn't even qualify for this, lmao!

Looks like it's going to be the pelicans v clippers. That's going to be a good game.

Not too surprised that Pels look a level above Spurs
That's a really really young group for Pop and as Mori said, CJ, BI, Jonas is a 3 that has been around for a minute

That game for 8th seed gonna be decent TV

Didn't watch the East game but as I playfully referred to them as Team Mid last month or so
On their day they can look legit but when shots not falling it unravels pretty quickly for them. Not like they are the most experienced bunch either

They need at least two more rotation veterans, three if Hayward is hurt or elsewhere. They have too many guys playing for another contract and while they play hard, they're not interested in team basketball.

Ultimately, they're not going to win in the playoffs until LaMelo settles down. He's so exciting that it's easy to miss his numerous errors on both ends. He's very similar to Westbrook in that way.

I think the Pels will beat the Clippers unless the Clippers have one of their insane shooting nights.

Well done to be in with a chance come Friday

Also how cool it is to see the Alvarado dude closing out the game. He's having the time of his life lol

I'm pretty confident in saying the Pels are the best team in the West play-in.

I hope the Pelicans do beat the Clippers. I’d prefer to play the Pelicans and I’d like to see the Clippers knocked out.

I'd rather face the Clippers. The Suns have several matchup advantages against them.

The Pels on the other hand.. Jonas generally eats Ayton's lunch and they have two elite scorers. They also tend to run more complex offensive sets while the Clippers lean on more isolation, drive and kick 3's.

Every time I watch the Pels I remember how Monty always used to go out of his way to praise Willie G as the real architect of our offense. Just seems like Willie G is very sharp with X's and O's , counters and what's not.
I wish their reward for winning would be ending up on the other side of the bracket and the two friends possibly met in Conf Finals 😊 but anyways lol
Will be some interesting developments there but we'll see how the Play In game goes

I always time shift since I don't want to sit through the commercials. But I wouldn't mind hopping on if were to catch up near the end or post game.
