This feels weird unless it’s a cost cutting move for Brooklyn…maybe throwing Joe Harris in?
Otherwise this makes a KD for Ayton deal more difficult

Anybody but CP/Booker/Bridges and I'm in
“Kobe had said (after the play) I wasn’t hugged enough as a child,” Bell recalled. “My mom kind of found him after the instance and we had beat them and offered him a hug in the bowels of the Phoenix arena. She really feels a part of that story.”

They can’t go over the tax apron if they make a sign and trade…Ayton only counting 15 going out and 30 coming in presents a big problem as Brooklyn will almost surely be bringing in more salary. We’d really need a 3rd team to take on salary here.

Is that the same rules if they are not the ones signing? And what is the tax apron amount?

Ya, if you receive a player in a sign and trade it hard caps you at the tax apron. I believe it’s about 156 million

If they do it as a multiple team trade with Kyrie going to LA, they might be able to make that 25% difference fit into the equation.

Ya it’s doable…if they send Kyrie and Harris to LA for Westbrook/2 1sts, then you’ve got more space. Or you get a team like Orlando involved who doesn’t really want to use their space.
