If you need a rebound and you're going to take a timeout anyway, what is Craig doing in there instead of a big man?

Oh I’m sure we’ll hear about how Monty was the reason for losing the game.
I mean, he might be. Shouldn’t have had Ayton there in final minutes tbh.

Craig and Ayton got in each other's way on the rebound. Had nothing to do with boxing out.

The team just doesn’t play well with Ayton…blame it on whatever you want, the fit just isn’t working. Something needs to change.

Damian Lee is only in there for his shooting. And they got him 0 FGA in 18 minutes.

Honestly the game was determined by the horrendous shooting in the 2nd-3rd quarters and Spencer Dinwiddie turning into Steph Curry.

Everything else was pretty much par for the course.

Ayton should’ve been boxing out Dwight so he couldn’t get to the ball and let Craig grab it.

Was off from work tonight
Thanks for making me smile CamJ - he's looking good out there

Said I hope his added size, probable strength will show up in his driving to the hoop and he's been making some plays there

Gonna let this be the note I'm going out on tonight
Don't feel to mention the other stuff smh

Flukey game and the fact it came against the Mavs doesn't help. A lot of it falls on DA who just seemed to have bad juju tonight despite the double double. Monty should've pulled him or played him less but seemed to be pushing him to finish strong. A lot of good things from CP who looks sharp and is playing with burst. Cam's shot is effortless, Mikal came on offensively in the 2nd half but they did a good job on cutting off his driving lanes. Bench production was an issue aside from our bigs. Okogie and Ish were ice cold and DLee couldn't find his offense (but he was effective on defense iMO).

The Mavs are a bad matchup. This loss doesn't mean much to me overall tho. I think we're better than they are.

Craig is always stealing rebounds away from Ayton. Just let your best rebounder get the rebound.

Probably gotta credit Dallas…their defense knew who to get the shots to. Okogie, Wainright, Ayton, and Craig went 9/38(2/13 from 3). Rest of team was 26/48(11/19 from 3)

On the replay it didn’t look like Craig went for it. Ayton mistimed his jump and Craig kinda just stood there.

The most empty, misleading 19/20 game ever.

I can’t wait to never watch this pussy and have to cheer for him again

Lol. If Ayton even shot 50% we would have won. Most of those were not bad shots or shots he normally misses. Just didn't have his legs back.

Hell yeah we gotta credit them. How many ridiculous contested shots did they hit?

I generally think Monty a top tier coach but there's a lot of being out coached when it comes to the Mavs. It's infuriating how they always have our number. No Luka tonight, no problem. WTF. And Ayton is such an utter disappointment offensively and rebounding / defensively when it matters.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

If Ayton just seals his man with a solid box out that ball falls right to Craig.
