Looks like it was deleted, but it’s that dropping dimes guy and responding to a LaVine tweet of his saying Ayton is the domino effect.

Sorry, the original tweet said LaVine would be traded, that multiple key players on the Bulls don’t like playing with him. The quote tweet simply said:
Ayton is the domino effect.

The original tweet also mentioned Ayton in Portland. I have a screen shot if I can figure out how to post that haha

Interesting…. I mean if they’re gonna make a deal, which I DOUBT they do, now would be the time since it’s before training camp starts.

Be honest…. You’re just throwing a little gas on the thread to try to get us to two hundo? 😂

Dropping Dimes saying it’s Ayton for Nurkic…which is awful if it’s just that, but the suns aren’t that stupid. It would mean more is coming to us(1 because that’s not enough salary and also because Portland is desperate to get off Nurkic and would have to throw in more).

Not exactly sure what to think of this guy…he has been fairly accurate on a number of things this offseason, but not batting 1.000

I don’t know what other asset from either Portland or Miami would make this swap palatable. Certainly not in a place to be acquiring picks, and neither roster has wings or big man depth that would be useful.

Now if it’s Toronto/Portland/PHX, Precious Achiuwa or Boucher could be useful.

If the Ayton trade proposals we’ve seen bandied around are at all reflective of his actual trade value, I think he’ll be more useful to us on the court.

Yep. Let's see how he does under Vogel.

Talk of Ayton for Nurkic is the only thing that lines up in this context. I'd assume there'd be some substantial other stuff coming the Suns way at this point if it were to happen since it's pretty clear Ishbia isn't pinching pennies for at least this season and other teams need an Ayton deal "to be the first domino".

That's the opposite of what the (fake) rumor said. It said Ayton would be "the domino effect."

If it’s Nurkic and say Caleb Martin coming as well from Miami, then it gets interesting.

OK, I got the wording wrong. Whatever.

The point is that person is saying they're waiting for some kind of Ayton deal to manifest before or be in step with whatever happens with Dame.
