Right, STAT was also lame, but at least he backed it up.

I don't believe he named himself that, I'm sure there's video stating that it was a family thing.

I'm just disappointed that my DA nickname never caught on: the Bahamian Behemoth.
He’s lost weight and gotten more chiseled.

I want to wait and see how durable DomiNurkic can be. I loved the way he played the other night, and if he keeps that up, I'll be happy with this trade. But a lot of the criticism of Nurk is about his durability, so if he misses half the season, that'll take my appraisal of the trade down a notch.
A lot of the criticism (from Blazers fans) is also his consistency in his production and effort level. But of course the Hayters are going to ignore that.
We’re not ignoring it, we’re going to evaluate it for ourselves now that he’s on our team.

I'm predicting that most will ignore his inconsistency on the Suns simply because he's not Ayton or he makes less money.

It also helps that he doesn’t call himself DomiNurkić.

Ayton would have caught a lot less crap on this board if he had carried himself with some self awareness and humility. The huge gap between the way he talks about himself and the way he applies himself on the court is just asking for it.

Those are good reasons actually. I don’t think they’ll be ignored but less frustrating since he makes half the money and doesn’t claim he’s going to dominate.

Better than DominAyton... Maybe you can still use it on Eric Gordon :P
Lol, it fits a lot better for a 7-footer.
Doesn’t play like a 7 footer.

Depends on what he’s inconsistent at…energy and hustle? Nah, he’ll get called out for that. Defense and shooting? I think we expect inconsistency there. You hold people accountable to what they are capable of. Ayton was capable of a lot and often didn’t live up to that.

2 fouls on the bench, Portland looks like it's gonna get blown off the court.

Not to mention being completely lost on the defensive end and zero offensive domination.
