OKC getting Kanter, too.

K.J. Mcdaniels to Houston.
“Kobe had said (after the play) I wasn’t hugged enough as a child,” Bell recalled. “My mom kind of found him after the instance and we had beat them and offered him a hug in the bowels of the Phoenix arena. She really feels a part of that story.”
Re: 2015 Trade Deadline
OKC seems to have done well for themselves. Basically all they gave up was a useless plodding center (Porkins) and an overrated chucker guard who wanted out anyway (Jackson). And they bring in three rotation players including a very decent big man in Kanter. Nice haul.

Idiot Utah, what'd they end up for Kanter, Perkins? Bragging that they wanted youth and picks.INFORMER wrote:Presti lands D.J. Augustin, Kyle Single, and Kanter.

Any chance Plumlee starting for the Bucks over Zaza and Henson?

Remember he's an FA after the season because of how his deal is structured. So Philly prob thought someone was going to over pay him.
Also he had made some very questionable tweets back in December about Brent Browns rotation and how he should be getting more mins...I don't think they were happy about that. Does have a lot of potential though.

Re: 2015 Trade Deadline
They got Canaan and a second round pick for him. That's a good move.

Re: 2015 Trade Deadline
Yeah, I know he is a FA, although he is restricted. I just don't think the 76rs could afford to get rid of one of a prospect with his qualities for a pick, especially when he was a second round steal, which to a certain point gives credibilty to their staff. If there was real poison it would be a different story, but I see this as a mindless move.Sunsfan4life wrote:Ring_Wanted wrote:Again, WOW.Sunsfan4life wrote:K.J. Mcdaniels to Houston.

I'd be livid if I were a 76rs fan, and I have little doubt you'd be too.INFORMER wrote:They got Canaan and a second round pick for him. That's a good move.

Re: 2015 Trade Deadline
Why would I be livid over this trade? I like Canaan. Philly has made a number of poor decisions, IMO, but this isn't one of them. They actually were a deadline winner IMO.Ring_Wanted wrote:I'd be livid if I were a 76rs fan, and I have little doubt you'd be too.INFORMER wrote:They got Canaan and a second round pick for him.
