I don't really like the choices. I'm on record as saying, go to him this offseason and tell him you are going to rebuild and trade KD; ask him what he wants to do. If Book asks out, trade him. If he wants to stay and lead us to the new era, keep him. Given the choices I said "No, wait at least another year before reevaluating" but that doesn't quite capture it.
