I don't think he passes it quick enough. And it's definitely not good when he tries to handle the ball and split the double team.

Booker is not a good enough ballhandler to split a double team and score. And he isn't a good enough passer to consistently find the open man without risk of getting it picked off.

In other words, he is not a point guard and should not be running an offense.
