Tell me more about KD's leadership. The Rockets are experiencing the same thing but fans seem to be actively avoiding the topic and instead focusing on all the players around KD.
Last week their fans on Reddit were beginning to turn on KD citing the trade between us and them lopsided in our favor. What you see now with them is what you saw with us last year - lots of iso ball using KD. KD also getting upset and frustrated when he doesn’t get the ball.

Fans were melting down during the game and the Rockets have looked shaky over the past month. And all the things we complained about - team is soft, team gets out-toughed, guys standing and watching KD, sloppy TOs, etc - are all things we witnessed when KD was here.

The Rockets will still be a good team, but KD isn't a guy leading the charge there and they need guys like Sheppard to get hot to squeak out that win.

To be fair, they still have a very good team. They just beat the Spurs in a close matchup last night.
Looking ahead, it seems like there's definitely a possibility that Suns-Rockets is the 4-5 or 3-6 matchup in the first round of the playoffs.

That would be simply fascinating. They might have to desalinate all the world's oceans to provide enough salt for that series.

I would ideally like to avoid the Rockets in the 1st round.

Yeah, they are a terrible matchup for us, too big, nobody to guard KD and Thompson just gives Booker fits. We also haven't played them with Green available, so maybe that changes things

Dunn would be a x-factor for us defensively!

But would you really rather play OKC, SAS, or DEN? I think I would take HOU over any of those other teams, except if there's a major injury to one of the others such as Jokic or Wemby going down.

I want the 3 seed and play either the Wolves or Lakers.

I was waiting for some more small clips to comment but yeah....
What he said

I think all of us been echoing the scouting report and what the team says, "Green speed and athleticism will so on and so forth"

But is anyone else actually now getting familiar with him and realizing just how different his explosion is to everyone else. I know it's part of the reason he was the 2nd pick but his gears are a little ridiculous

100% would prefer the Spurs…and honestly I think I’d prefer the Thunder too. Rockets are a very bad matchup for us. Denver might be the worst matchup though.

Both would be dream scenarios

Nick sucks and Greens out of this world … granted his sample is like 2.25 games lol. Would have liked to see bookers like triple what he’s at, especially if CG and Oso are as high as they are.

We have a deep bench and we’re winning games because of them. That’s what this tells me.
