And I wanted this guy so bad at the time. His worst ability is availability. Plus, I'm not sure how much of a difference maker he is when he is healthy. Is he an empty stats guy?

I think he’s a difference maker when healthy…at least he was. Remember that year New Orleans was the 1 seed until he got hurt?

He's right there with Ayton as to one of the biggest what ifs in the last decade. Too busy being fat and chasing Instagram hoes instead of loving basketball.

For anybody else who might care, it looks like the other #1 pick in that range that never played in a playoff game is Anthony Bennett, taken first by the Cavs in the 2013 draft. Even Greg Oden and Michael Olowokandi got into a few playoff games.

Thank you wp for the threads!!

Yeah, Zion is a huge what-if. I'm honestly surprised he is still on the Pelicans; why haven't they given up and traded him yet? I think that team is kind of frozen in amber, not a lot of fans and with owners who don't care much. So they just drift. I think at this point there is plenty of data that Zion doesn't help you win even when he is on the court, which is iffy. Wait until he has a good month or two, bench him, trade him.

Luka is out for the rest of the regular season with a Grade 2 hamstring injury.

well, that's one less team we're gonna have to worry about.

Not to make it all about me, but these injuries to Ant and Luka are exactly why you take care of business. The Suns could have been fighting for 4th place if they had been a little better in February and Mach.

Bulls cleaning house today in their front office and Billy Donovan looks like he's going to UNC.

It is about you. Frankly, you were pretty weak in February and March. You can do better, man.

I gotta lock myself in the gym this offseason if I'm going to make a bigger contribution to winning. I'm a long way from beating out Livers for that bench spot.

Dude, you're not passing up Livers. We just need you stronger here. You are coming along but I think locking yourself up in any capacity may help. Appreciate your tenacity, dude!

Here's an interesting video on load management and the 65 game limit. The most interesting part of the video is the data on how hard NBA players are working their legs. Small sample size, but I think it ha merit.
