Poll: Who should the Suns take at #13?
Poll: Who should the Suns take at #13?
Same as the other poll. Who should we take at the #13 pick? Didn't know exactly who to list here, so I just copied the relevant range from nbadraft.net. Let me know if I forgot anybody.

Sabonis, Skal, Murray

I only voted for Davis because I went with Sabonis at #4. I don't think Sabonis is going to last until 13.

Yea, I don't think Skal or Sabonis will be left at 13.

I think there's a good chance Sabonis is there at 13. He's being somewhat overrated by people on this board. If he's not, then someone who wasn't supposed to be will be.

I think Sabonis could be taken 8, 9, or 11.Shabazz wrote:I think there's a good chance Sabonis is there at 13. He's being somewhat overrated by people on this board. If he's not, then someone who wasn't supposed to be will be.
If that happens, I don't think that pushes a better prospect to us at 13; there is a lot of garbage in the top 10.
Re: Poll: Who should the Suns take at #13?
Denzel Valentine has fallen a bit, but I think he'd be my pick. Bembry or Luwawu as well I'd consider. For this poll, I'd go with Sabonis if he's there.

Atrocious defense and Brandon Roy knees.Split T wrote:Denzel Valentine has fallen a bit, but I think he'd be my pick.
Re: Poll: Who should the Suns take at #13?
I've heard mixed things on his knees, some teams don't think it's a problem at all. I'll trust our training staff to make that call. The defense is a real issue though. Especially since neither Booker or Warren are good defenders either.

Re: Poll: Who should the Suns take at #13?
I'd probably go Cheick Diallo here.

No, seriously, I haven't heard of him. What do you put the odds at that you and McDonough are on the same page on this one?

He's not Arvydas, he's not Yourvydas, he's Domantas Sabonis.

Might not be an elite defender but anyone who plays for Izzo for more than 1 year has to be formidable else he simply wouldn't play. I watched him a lot over the past 3 years and I never saw anything that made me think that his defense was a glaring weakness.INFORMER wrote:Atrocious defense and Brandon Roy knees.Split T wrote:Denzel Valentine has fallen a bit, but I think he'd be my pick.

Diallo is a super raw freshman from Kansas. Essentially didn't play at Kansas. Whispers he had problems learning the playbook.
Great motor, tremendous athleticism, incredible wingspan, showed well in the games at the NBA combine.
