With how often Bender hits the back of the rim he should probably start following his shot. He responds like a guard most of the time by getting ready to head back down the court instead of trying for the rebound.

It is just summer league. The sky can still be falling. It all depends on how you want to view it. :)

I think they meant the NBA homie
Sorry, I should have explained more--the announcers were discussing how the other players taken around Jackson had a pretty good shot to be stars and brought an elite skill. Their comment on Jackson was just simply that he would be an NBA player, implying that his ceiling was lower than the other players he was picked with.

Bender showing a versatile offensive game. Putbacks, turnarounds, 3 pointer, and hooks.

Bender looking real good.

Question is can he avoid the 2nd half curse that Carey pointed out last game and actually not tank his shooting percentage in the second half.

Just a little boxing out would go a long way for him. He just had another one taken away from him.

Gave up 11 offensive rebounds--thats the only thing that really brought the jazz back. That and a ton of 3s.

Whats been benders best game as a Sun? This has to be up there right now. 16/3/1 and a block is not bad for a half.

Someone one once told me boxing out is important. I thought it was a good basketball tip. Maybe I should share it with the Suns.

I guess it depends on if you like having possession of the ball. Maybe that is not part of our strategy. #streetsahead

Side note: I'm less worried about Josh Jackson's shot than Marqueese Chriss'.
Go Suns!
