Very curious to see who the new assistants will be.
A place for fans of the Phoenix Suns

I think Festus could Ezili make more money than that!Ring_Wanted wrote:http://www.sportingnews.com/nba/news/nb ... kx50928nwl
They are saying the Lakers (and I guess the league in general) could look at Festus Ezeli for 3/50 or 16'6M per. Turns 27 in october and fairly injury prone (78-46-46 games). If true, we have our first candidate for the annual Jim McIlvaine award. 7 points, 6 rebounds and quality rim protection but under 17mpg.
Oh, man, Mori. Look what you've done! Save some Festus for the rest of us.Mori Chu wrote:I think Festus could Ezili make more money than that!Ring_Wanted wrote:http://www.sportingnews.com/nba/news/nb ... kx50928nwl

Thank God.
I didn't say that. My point is that you can't blame this entire mess on Lon. Most of our current situation is on McDonough.LazarusLong wrote:Right, so we should forgive the jagoff for all the damage he's done to the Suns while he happily schleps into retirement.
Easily one of the worst executives in the history of the franchise.

Oh, and the dedication to a 2 PG lineup. I really hope that dies...carey wrote:I didn't say that. My point is that you can't blame this entire mess on Lon. It would be interesting to build a recap of the players, coaches and managers that Sarver inherited when he bought this team and see what has happened to them since he either whacked them or traded them. I expect we will find that most have done well in their new environments. The Bobster wrote:Babby is just one of many we need to subtract.

That really confuses me. I thought that was Hornacek's doing but maybe it is McDonough? I guess we'll find out going forward if we stick with it or not.Indy wrote:Oh, and the dedication to a 2 PG lineup. I really hope that dies...
Has anyone ever asked McDonough if he considers Knight to be a competent PG?Superbone wrote:That really confuses me. I thought that was Hornacek's doing but maybe it is McDonough? Wow! Pretty wild. Lesson to be learned. If the locals tell you that you probably shouldn't go out in the ocean that day, don't.carey wrote:Len saved his friend from drowning: http://www.azcentral.com/story/sports/n ... /83929572/
