I was really glad to be so wrong. The Suns hung in this one from beginning to end.

Happy Birthday to Booker who turned 20 today. Not a great day on the court be he has a very bright future.

Unacceptable game from Booker. He's not a teenager anymore, no more excuses.

He had a few good sequences today. I thought of EDC when he finshed with his left over Igoudala.

That's the one.

That was terrible. He made the same pass last game with the same results. He'll figure it out.

0-3, but mission accomplished. That's two moral victories in three games. If we keep it up at this rate we'll make the moral playoffs!
High fives for everybody!!!!!

And Devon Booker has a long way to go before he's "the face of the franchise".

You have to come ready to play every night and he needs to find ways to be a contributor when his shot isn't falling.

Agree. Didn't like seeing him looking like a spoiled angry brat dejected on the bench early on. He needs to do something about it and contribute elsewhere instead of pouting when things aren't going his way.

There was mention that one of Booker's big toes was bothering him. All things being equal, he needs to get his midrange game going and also attack the basket more, then worry about the treys.

Overall, Golden State won at the free throw line, 28-33, to 18-25 for the Suns. More people need to take it to the rim, especially the guards --- Booker, Knight.

Bledsoe and TJ have been our best players so far through 3 games.

Its really interesting how the perception of players shifts from the preseason to the season. Whereas Chriss's minutes and productivity have decreased, Warren has really put the team on his back at times. I also think it will take Booker some time to adjust to life as a primary option on offense. I am not as concerned about his shooting percentage as much as I am the ways that he is trying to score. A team that already has Brandon Knight does not need another player who tries to create offense through isolation. I'd rather see the team pass the ball more than consistently just try to create their own shot.

This team has passed PJ Tucker by. With Dudley here, Warren needing big minutes at the 3 and Bender needing time to develop, there's no room for Tucker.

I actually liked Bender's effort and D on Durant. He's one of the few guys in the league with both the length and foot-speed to cover him. Need to get him more minutes.

Liking this "Beldsoe" guys play more than Eric Bledsoe. Maybe we could trade Knight for Brandon Kinght.

Glad TJ is playing well. Wish Booker would join him.

You get the sense that if everybody were playing to their potential, this would be a pretty decent team.

I think there's a pretty good chance we'd be 2-1 had Knight sprained his ankle in preseason.

It's not about the name on the back of the jersey. It's all about the name on the front.
