But if you want to have fun extrapolating trends from small samples, his last five games are -18, -4, -9, -1, +19, which means his recent rate of improvement is even faster than the month-by-month numbers suggest! At this rate he'll be putting up +100's in a few weeks.
Woohoo!

Bickley has a good article about Booker and our future and how Sarver and McDonough are continuing to mature in their duties.

"Suns have recalled Davon Reed"
I recall him too. SG from the 2017 2nd round. Showed a lot of promise in SL. It hasn't been that long. Glad to know the Suns' memory isn't failing.

I totally recall him. I have total recall of him.
Howdy stranger! You are not you, you're me. Here's the plan: Get your ass to Mars.

I had a dream last night that Brandon Knight was our starting PG next season...
Where do we stand on him? Is he going to be healthy at all this season? Can he be redeemed? Should we give him any run? Do we use the stretch provision on him this off-season? Do we move some of our 7 draft picks this year to get off his contract? Do we even care?

He is out for the entire season. He will play better with basketball coaching. He will never be genuinely good, but I think his contract will have value as a trade piece if he is healthy enough to play. Knight's contract + a rookie for a vet, if we want.

I think this is definitely possible, especially if the Suns don't draft a pg this year. Might work out with a different coach this time, but I wouldn't count on him being the answer.

I'd be ok with Knight if we use him less as a PG and more as a shooter. This is also assuming he regains some semblance of who he used to be. 2016-2017 Knight is not an NBA player. If Knight can be the Milwaukee version and play off Booker as a shooter and secondary creator, he might be our best option. He's quick, good ball handler, good shot creator for himself, but just couldn't shoot. He's also careless with the ball and forces things too often. Still, if we dont draft one of the pg's (Doncic, Trae, Sexton) and don't add a PG in free agency (IT/Bradley) or via trade (Kemba) Knight might be our best option. I just don't think Ulis is a starting PG.

As long as Knight is willing to move the ball and play within a team concept, I'm willing to give him another shot.

I really hated him during his last stint, but if he recovers, I would be willing to put him out there and see what he's got. At this point we haven't got much to lose, and our guard rotation is so bad that we might as well try everything we can.

Ladies and Gentlemen, your 2017-18 Suns PG Rotation!
I never thought I'd see the day where Suns fans would be pining for Brandon Knight. McDonough is a crafty devil. Nothing like 3 games of an apathetic Bledsoe, and then a heavy diet of a 5'8 PG and d-leaguers to give us some perspective.

It's more about asset management to me. I want to see what we have so that we'll know what to do with him. He's probably done for as a Sun, but you never know.

EJ made the point that Bender has to add plan B and C to his game. teams starting to respect his 3pt shot and he has to add the pump fake two dribble pull up to his game. I will say just pump fake and I would be happy with a drive and dish or even a charge or two. He definitely needs to mix it up more but let's see the next few games

Bender's still very young. The growth he's already shown in his game is encouraging. I hope he keeps it up.
