I don’t like Harris at all.
I think it’s a great deal for Detroit. They’ll be thin in the backcourt but this is a long-term move.

Griffin is definitely the best player in the deal. I don't think it's a bad deal for Detroit. I just like it better for LA. Looks like they're pivoting towards a rebuild. Probably see Jordan and Lou Williams be on the block as well.

I would call and offer up Warren + Bender + Monroe + Miami’s 1st round pick to LA for Griffin.
If we want to accelerate the timeline and sign Bradley in the offseason that would be 1 way of doing it.
Booker
Bradley
Jackson
Chriss
Griffin

Hmmm... why don't you like Tobias ?

I wonder if the clippers like Tobias/Bradley or are just throwing in the towel and rebuilding. Can they turn around and trade those guys again before the deadline? I can never remember the rules, but I think as long as it's just a 1 player deal they can, right?
Tobias is signed for next year as well so they may not move him, but you gotta think they'd move Bradley if possible. Same with DeAndre and Lou. Clippers could have some cap space in the summer now.

Lol. Clippers didn't even get an unprotected first for freakin' Blake. Harris, an expiring Bradley & overpaid Boban? Dafuq.

It's just protected 1-4, no chance Detroit goes that high. Well I guess like a 1% chance. This is almost strictly a salary dump. Griffin's 160+ million dollar contract is gone. Harris and boban expire next year. They'll be big players in 2019 free agency.

Clippers this year are 8-8 when Blake is out injured and they replace him in the starting lineup with any dude they can find in the stands. He gets numbers, but the Clipps aren't any better with him than they are without him. Harris may be an upgrade.

Wow, I didn't see this coming. If I'm a Clippers fan, I'm wondering why we couldn't use Blake to land C.J. McCollum or Bradley Beal.

Yeah, quite the dump. If I'm a Clippers fan, I'm not too happy right now.

I'm happy as a Suns fan that Ryan wasn't foolish enough to deal for Blake.

Its and absolutely horrible deal for the Clippers. They traded an all star forward for a protected first round pick and change.

After seeing what they got for Blake, we should just send them Monroe and he Miami pick and call it a day. We could throw in a second rounder. Yikes. Oh I know. Monroe and Knight for DAJ and Lou. We could give them the Miami pick and the Milwaukee pick. Ha!
The Clips are going back to nothing.

I don’t even want Deandre if the Clippers just let us take over his contract. His game is totally irrelevant and marginalized in this era.

Blake is the first on many to come, where teams find out that $35mill a year is an unmovable contract becoming everyday more and more of an anchor around your neck. Is not a contract to handout to the best player on your team, but for just a handful of players around the league. And that’s why they couldn’t trade him for an upgrade, is not about talent here, is about a contract so big, that the slightest doubt render it untradeable.
Detroit is going to regret it.
