Daniels and a 2nd round pick for Tomas Satoransky.

Why would the Wiz give up a rotation player for Daniels and a 2nd?

John Wall, his low percentage shooting, turnovers, ball pounding, and $40 million a year salary can stay in D.C.

I didn’t realize his salary was soooooooo ridiculous. I knew it was max but man that super max is disgusting. He might be the worst contract in the league

Come on. Daniels is a terrific 3-point shooter and that 2nd rounder is going to be a good pick. I know we hate just about every player on the roster, but that is a pretty fair deal.

Satoransky is their 3rd string PG now with Rivers there (he'd start for us easily) and like INF said they get a good asset in the trade.

getting john wall or beverley will not change a thing for the suns. it'll only accelerate the firing of kokoshkov.

In general I like Wall. Fast as hell, plays hard, great at attacking the rim, good passer. But he is on a ridiculous contract and he showed up fat this season. I dunno if you can build a winning team around that monster salary. Arguably the Wizards have more talent than we do, and they play in East, and they still stink. If Wall can't make them decent, why would he be able to do that for us?

I already said it once, but I will again just for emphasis.

I'd rather go 1-81 than trade for John Wall.

If we got Wall, he would definitely make us better immediately. But maybe only for a year or two, and when our young guys finally develop and step into the limelight, his huge chemistry negative and that obscene contract would stand in the way. So I would prefer not to touch him.

If it’s a choice between Wall and tanking, tank.

Of course. A tank can go right through a Wall.

Wow su much hate for Wall. Who knows what a different environment can do to a star player. But I would accept it as risky.
Kidd to New Jersey crosses my mind so many times. He was such asshole here, but led them twice to the Finals.

The Suns are paying Tyson Chander, Ryan Anderson and Trevor Ariza more this season combined than Wall will make in any year of his current 5 year deal.

And yes, while some of those Suns contracts will expire, don't you think the Suns are gonna waste that cap space on useless players just like that again?

I'll take the sure thing in John Wall than a trio of crap contracts like Chandler, Ariza and Anderson.

Kidd had some off court issues but I think he always got along okay with the team, especially when it was established that he was the top dog on the team. Wall has had a consistent track record of worrying about other people than himself, first starting with criticizing Reggie Jackson's contract, then saying he and Beal didn't like each other on the court, and then the battles with Gortat last year. Obviously it takes two to tangle (except for the Jackson comment), but Wall is not what I would consider a leader.
