Anybody else notice that Cam seemed to put on some muscle during his rehab? Looked a little beefy in a good way and will probably help him at the PF position.
I thought the same thing.

Ayton with 6/4/3 in 5:38.
Ayton had a great first half. I made sure to pay close attention to his 2nd half as he often wilts there and it wasn’t pretty but he made a couple big plays down the stretch. He’s gotta start hitting his free throws. He can’t be going 0-2 from the line.
He was getting his FT percentage back up before last night. In his previous 12 games, he shot 79.3% from the line.

More...that would require him to GET to the line...

Me personally
I would like if it helps him with finishing through contact. His dribble attacks is what I really will like to see more improvement

If you want the ball, you go get the ball.
If you’re establishing position in the post you don't go get the ball. They get the ball to you. Kinda defeats the purpose.
It was a zone defense. By all means, continue defending the player with the least situational awareness on the court.

Al doesn't usually miss home games. And I saw that he apparently missed his segment on Bickley & Marotta the day before also. I really hope he's okay.

1. There were three defenders between Ayton and the ball. One of whom was Royce O'Neal who's a defensive specialist. The Nets were begging Bridges to attempt that pass.

2. Bridges was being swarmed by Harris. By the time he was able to get rid of the ball, Ayton had left his post position to set the screen. Not sure what point you're trying to make with that clip.

3. Posting up Nic Claxton on the elbow isn't the advantage for Ayton that you think it is.

I was wondering why Al wasn't there for a home game.

O'Neale is 6'6"--Mikal definitely should have been able to lob it to DA in the paint.

Mikal has long arms--he could have lobbed it over Harris easily.

It was mid-post, not elbow.

Bottom line is there was way too much hesitating in these. What happened to .5?

I happened to be about 10 ft away from Cam right in front of him during this interview. It was cool to see him come back so well and got a huge applause when he came in. It also happened to be a little after TJ Warren came in.

So we need to keep Saban Lee around…he’s the 3rd pg we need
He may be the backup PG we need. He’s been better than Cam Payne.
