Wow, two games is surprising. I don't know if the NBA has ever postponed one game for a death on a team before let alone two.

When was the last time a coach or player suddenly died unexpectedly during the season? Off the top of my head, I can’t think of any recent comps.

Jalen Williams had a slow start to the season but he’s breaking out in a big way lately. Thunder are loaded.

I can’t think of any either. We need Bobster to lay some basketball history on us.

The Pacers without Haliburton handily beat the Kings in Sacramento tonight. Well, that is until the Kings almost pulled off a Suns in the fourth quarter. Got as close as three with the ball but Fox air balled a three.

Eventually they will run into the same problem as they had once before, and we have now; you can only pay so many great players so much.

Their gift is that they can readily replace players yearly if needed with all their accumulated picks.

How does Milwaukee expect to trade for him?

Bobby Portis and Pat Connaughton? Why does Atlanta want that?

Haven't we just seen evidence that Dejounte Murray isn't ideal next to a ball-dominant PG? How would he and Dame play well if he can't play well with Trae?

He’s been ok..his shooting got better. Dame also can play off the ball better than Trae…they’d probably want him hoping he’d get back to his elite defensive ways. Their perimeter defense is atrocious.

Yea it's weird, he's definitely an on-the-ball, high usage guy. Knicks fans are hot for him too which I don't get since they have Brunson and Randle and just moved Barrett and IQ. Saw the Lakers and Hawks were talking about a deal involving him and DLo. I think the Nets should be looking to make a move for either Murray or Mitchell. DInwiddie's supposedly checked out on them and is an expiring contract so they should be able to dump him easily.

Nets make the most sense to me for DeJounte if they are not going to blow it up.

Kind of random, but the magazine Sports Illustrated is losing its publishing license (?) and has laid off most of its staff. They're saying the magazine is basically shutting down.

The word has lost all meaning. Used to mean, “News that is so important we’ll break into regular programming for it.” Now just means, “Please pay attention to me. I’m desperate.”

I think it was the comedian Michelle Wolff who said, "(Whatever Network) always has that chyron at the bottom saying, BREAKING NEWS. Well, congrats, guys! You broke it!"
