Sounds like excuse-peddling to me, from the side of a guy who's guilty and knows it.

I have no idea which way it will go. I have heard from a lot of experts that the prosecution didn’t give a compelling argument and I have heard from others that it was a slam dunk for the prosecution. The jurors will decide, not the 556 million journalists on X formally known as Twitter.

The grotesque trial charade gets even worse this morning.

The Stalinist clown judge directed the jury that they can choose among three areas of crimes to convict the former president:

1. Violations of federal election law (which no one in that courtroom is familiar with, and the judge specifically prevents Brad Smith from testifying about);

2. The falsification of business records; and

3. Tax violations

Of course, the issue for all of the above is the requirement of a criminal intent.

Furthermore, the idea that jurors can pick 1 of the 3, and they don't have to unanimously agree on which of the three, is another shocking development.

Moreover, the federal campaign violation has still not been defined.

Giuliani's tweet mischaracterizes the judge's instructions. Jurors are not being split up into groups of 4, and I think you really just don't know what you are talking about and are reading a bunch of angry tweets from Trump supporters who are panicking and mad that he is likely about to be (rightfully) convicted of a felony.

Not commenting on his guilt or innocence, but I’m curious what a conviction would mean? His supporters obviously won’t care and will still vote for him…does he serve time..can he still run? Does this do anything?

Of course he can still run. His appeals won’t even be resolved before the election.

Hillary Clinton was never convicted of or charged with anything, but the mere fact that she was under investigation in 2016 was described by conservatives as disqualifying. But when it’s Trump, actual convictions will mean nothing.

Ok, why don't you clarify his instructions, or what you think they were?

I think the jury is deliberating in one of thousands of trials that happen every year. I think Trump/Maga are desperate and just throwing out every conspiracy they can think like always hoping something sticks.

No, I am not reading every conspiracy theory you spit out. There are like two new ones every day. I have read about the trial in all those fake regular media sites instead of your hard hitting X journalism sites.
