1 year deal is smart. We'll be right back in The free agent market next year. Gonna be interesting finding minutes for Bender, Chriss, Ariza, Bridges, Jackson, and Warren... Gotta think more moves are coming

Gotta think Warren and one of Bender or Chriss are going to be shipped out for a PG, right?

I really don't think Ariza does anything for us. This is a waste. At least it is only for one year.

Defense, shooting, flexibility, and experience don't do anything for ya? All on a 1-year deal. Sounds kinda... perfect?

LOVE the 1-yead deal.
Just watched them break this news on the NBA TV free agent special. If David Griffin really likes it for us, then I like it. He says he will help bring a winning culture to the team while playing 30 minutes a game unlike our current veteran presence.

Dude, you just hate for the sake of hating sometimes I feel like. I get thinking we used all our cap space on one guy, but saying he doesn’t do anything for us is an absolute joke.

He’s a shooter, a good defender, and can play the 4. He’s a tough guy that can bring leadership for a year. He fills every hole we have.

Most importantly, we didn’t tie up a long term deal and if Bridges or Bender can prove they deserve starter minutes next year then we can let him go.

I love the move. I’d much prefer this to signing Aaron Gordon or Jabari Parker to multi-year deals.

Oh, Lord. Avery Bradley again?

We didn’t believe it the first time the rumors surfaced. It seemed we all agreed, even McD couldn’t be that foolish. But the talk still hasn’t died.

How many wings do we need? The shooting is nice, it takes the pressure of Bridges to perform right away and 1 year is nice to. But we are pretty much done now or how much can we offer to other free agents (point guards)?

I just think Ariza is basically the same player as Bridges. Let’s see what else is in store.

Gotta think Chriss is gone. Maybe Warren.

I can see a rotation at 4 of Ariza and Bender. Bridges will maybe get time at 2-4.

Ariza one-year deal, good move. Uses up all our cap room for this year so we can’t do something stupid with it and compromise our flexibility for next year..

Except Dudley is bad and Arizona is good. Also, you have no obligation to start Arizona. Although we will. This just means Bridges will probably have to wait a year to secure a starting position. Which is good. Because he is a rookie. Competition is good. Making someone earn it is good. Letting a rookie learn from a player like Arizona is good.

I think we have somewhere between 0 and 3 million, depending on if we waive Reed and Harrison. Williams has to be waived to sign Ariza

Which works well considering Bridges is a rookie and Arizona is on a 1-year deal.

We better have some trades lined up to shake out the roster.
