Well, Newsom said the fundraiser was a forgettable event, even though it raised $12 million. You know what was unforgettable? His hypocrisy at the French Laundry restaurant. I bet his wife will never forget her time with her boyfriend on his honeymoon, lol.

I'm sure Trump has millions of supporters in California. There are 39 million people there. If Trump held a rally there, I'm sure it got some turnout and raised some cash. Nobody is saying that there are zero Trump supporters out there.

What a comedian. Only a bunch of losers would actually think he's joking.
And he followed up that comment about the media with mocking Joe Biden for being old(?), so basically rambling nonsense again.

I read that his teleprompter gave out for that speech and he just winged the whole thing. So maybe that's why he said so many weird things that day. I do think he means what he said in his "joke" - he doesn't really give a shit about his supporters, he just wants their adulation and their votes.

I am very scared of Project 2025. It's basically no-holds-barred MAGA, tearing down and rebuilding the federal government into one that is fully in service of re-elected President Trump. I don't think the US would ever fully recover from this if it gets implemented.

Pretty much. It will be a long time before we recover from the damage Trump has already done to America’s faith in itself. Project 2025 is what in2 would call a huge conspiracy if they weren’t so right up front with advertising their plans.
A group of right wing intellectuals is assembling an authoritarian playbook for Donald Trump.

Nope, I was saying that he would have to purge the opposition partisans from these positions in his second term, as they admitted to slow walking his work and doing everything in their power to curb his agenda(which could be argued to being borderline treasonous). You don't get that with Biden's agenda. It's full steam ahead and everyone rowing in the same direction, because they
are already partisan in his favor. Biden wouldn't stand for anyone trying to curb his agenda. So, if the shoe was on the other foot, you would see the same exact thing done by Biden.

Right, every single person working in government is a Biden lacky already doing all his treasonous evil plans to take over the world and force us all to be gay and drive EV’s.

Where in my statement did I say "every single person"? If you read some absolute in what I said, then perhaps I miscommunicated it and I apologize. I don't think that everyone is partisan looking to undermine the agenda. Is that what you thought I said? I meant there are definitely a significant number of them that can throw a monkey wrench into the workings. Biden wouldn't put up with that, and those Reps that did that, would be called out and given their walking papers.

Is "Milwaukeegate" going to be a thing for Trump? He seems to have badmouthed their fair city where he's going to hold the Republican convention (if he isn't in jail). Some GOP supplicants tried to say that Trump didn't badmouth Milwaukee, that it was fake news. But Trump himself tweeted ("truthed") out that he did say it.

Well, to be fair, is there any place or person Trump hasn’t insulted yet? It’s not really an insult when Trump says it. That’s just how he talks. If he’s talking about someplace or someone, then there’s a really good chance he’s insulting them.

I once had Ann Coulter tweet angrily about me when an online article misleadingly said that I wanted people in tech not to hire people with bad political views. Luckily it didn't lead to much traffic, but for a sec I was worried that the right-wing eye of Sauron was going to be on me and I was going to get death threats and stuff.

The Chilling Reason You May Never See the New Trump Movie
https://dnyuz.com/2024/06/14/the-chilli ... ump-movie/
It’s common to read about movies that are shown in most of the world but not released in, say, Russia or, more often, China. Should “The Apprentice” end up widely available globally but not, for political reasons, in the United States, it will be a sign of democratic decay, as well as an augur of greater self-censorship to come. After all, if anxiety about enraging Trump is already shaping what you can and cannot watch, it’s probably bound to get even worse if he actually returns to power.

He has to meet you first to tell you that he's better than you unless you bow down and kiss his shoes.
