But he's also delaying his decision on whether to proceed to sentencing until November 12. So if he throws it out, Trump will complain that he was waiting until after the election to vacate the guilty verdict and that therefore (if Kamala wins) the election was rigged!

I'm curious what will be in this new Jack Smith memo. I've always felt that Smith had the most damning case against Trump of them all, and that Judge Cannon saved Trump from getting his goose cooked by sandbagging that case.

Jack Smith's memo is apparently so damning and detailed that Donald Trump's team is trying to prevent its release before the election.

If the judge says no, leak it.

The judge just unsealed Jack Smith's filing that details evidence against Trump in the 2020 election interference case.

It is important but nobody will care.

More than any other single thing, 1/6 is what completely renders Trump unfit to ever hold public office again imo.
