Exactly.
I don't think his stock gets much higher than it is right now, honestly. Same with PJ, Knight and Chandler. We clearly aren't going to win 30 games this year, so cash in!

OK. I am all for it. But for what? Picks? What teams have picks or young players that we would want? RealGM says that Minny is looking for a front court player. Chandler could fill the bill. They have lots of young pieces and their pick this year should be good too.

Tucker would be a good fit there, as would Chandler to backup DJ.
Problem is what do the clips give up? They have 3 highly paid stars then guys like jj and rivers who get decent pay but wouldn't want to give up/we don't want. Then a bunch of guys who have minimal nba salaries and they are over the cap.
Diamond Stone? Future picks? Not sure how to make it work

You know ... Bledsoe for Dragic works in the NBA Trade Machine. :-)

For Tucker, I would take a late first rounder. I think that's the best we could get for him.

Agreed. Maybe a late first and 2nd. I would think Chandler is similar.

For Knight I think we could get more, and much more for Bledsoe.

Holy crap. The Clippers payroll is $116M this season. The Cavs are $130M. The Suns are $81M.

At least we're sucking with a low payroll. Imagine being the Magic or Wizards at $106M and looking that bad.

Yeah, I am not upset one bit with our record or our payroll/future finances. The only thing I am upset at is that we have Knight and PJ getting big minutes, when they are not here for the long haul. So if we aren't in win-now mode, and they aren't part of our future, they better be here to benefit the young guys. That could be true for PJ. But not for Knight. To me, he is the part that fits the least, and needs to move ASAP.

You could argue that Knight is one of the "young guys." He is 24. But I agree with you.
