Not sure why jones got the minutes he did. Looks like hot garbage. Play smith more. We needed fucking rebounding
Are the kings officially our bogie team?

Suns got beat because they could not stop Rishaun holmes, Booker had 7 turnovers, the bench (Jevon the Answer Carter BARF) played like ass and DA continued with his butterfingers bullshit.

What a shitty ass day for Phoenix sports. Cardinals limp dick performance and this frustrating performance from the Suns.
If the Suns lose, it won't be the worst loss. Crowder turned in a good performance. Paul's scoring was inefficient, but he dropped 12 dimes with 0 turnovers. So he took a step forward.
No, you’re right. Most of my frustration is directed at the cards. After the Cards loss I was just hoping to end the night on a good note is all.

Cam Payne deserved to play more than 15 minutes.
Did you think him coming at the 6 minute mark for Paul then being subbed out with 3 minutes to go was weird?

11/44 from 3. Take out Paul and Book and they went 6/31 from 3. Bench was 2/18. That and the rebounding down the stretch were tough. Don’t like Bookers 7 turnovers, but the rest of the team tool care of the ball. Only 11 total I think.
I hope Ayton proves me wrong, but I just don’t have much confidence that he’s going to be anything. He doesn’t seem like he’s gotten any better.

There were plenty of reasons why the Suns lost this game, but the most simple one is that they were out played from the tip. If anything they were lucky Buddy Hield had a quiet night.
I brought it up before the Mavs game, the Kings are a bad matchup for the Suns because of their advantage in the front court. We saw it tonight with all of their second chance points.

Of course. I was expecting him to start the 4th quarter. Monty has had some weird rotations in these first two games.

Why in the 2nd half did we constantly keep running the shot clock down on our selves and then running a pnr with everyone just standing around?
That’s basically playing defense against yourself.

Ok, I am glad I am not the only one. That just seems like a weird place and span of time to change out your point guard.

He doesn't know how to think the game at NBA speed.

Ya that’s what I typed out at first, but I erased it...I’m hoping he just needs some time to get comfortable with the new team and get into game shape. But early returns aren’t looking good.

That is Coach Paul ball. It's funny, but with all the adulation he receives, he really isn't a .5 player. He likes to hold and pound the ball. Booker is starting to show flashes of that too, which is truly unfortunate.

It's silly that we're even in a position where we need Dario Saric, but we do.

Payne has been great these first two games but when you get Paul to be a 4th quarter closer it’s odd. Even for any starting pg to be subbed out and in that late it’s odd.

I think Ayton needs to lose weight. I was watching some video of him throwing down crazy warm-up dunks while at Arizona and he would explode off the floor in a way that he doesn’t anymore. He seems to have no explosiveness these days. He’s slow off the floor. Between that and his poor hands, small forwards are successfully challenging him at the rim.
It might be time to work out more than 4 days a week, big fella. Shed a few LBs and get some bounce back.
