I don’t think Cam is ready for the physicality of starting at the 4 night in and night out. I don’t like Jae’s attitude about the whole thing but is it possible he was right?
Fuck Jae Crowder
This.
I mean, obviously. But is Cam ready?

Booker took the high road which he tends to do in those interviews.

What are the odds Klay makes an ass of himself in the postgame?

SUNS WIN!!!

Book is just absolutely unconscious to start the year. You can tell he stewed all summer and came in pissed off and ready to cook.

Cam Johnson showed a few signs of life, but overall he looks lost and overwhelmed out there. Honestly I miss Jae Crowder as our starting PF. I just hope Cam can grow into the role; it's early.

I have been really worried about Chris Paul, but he played much better tonight. Seemed more engaged and hit some big shots.

I am really happy with the way Cam Payne has played so far this year. This is more like what we need from him. Also a nice game from Torrey Craig. Pretty happy with the bench play this game overall.

Landale is the freaking man. I love this guy. 17 and 7 off the bench? I am an Ayton defender, but I can't help but notice that we keep finding capable big men for peanuts every year and don't have to pay them $133m. Hmm.

Everybody knows I appreciate the Warriors, but they were real bitches tonight. A lot of shoves and pushes and whining about calls and talking trash. This is the side of them that people hate. It felt so good to beat those effing guys by 29 points. GTFO of our house.

I will never, ever get over the fact that about 40% of our crowd is cheering for the Warriors or Lakers when we play them. These people should have the crap knocked out of them until they don't dare cheer for the enemy team.

I would love to get a Crowder replacement that could put CamJ back on the bench. I’m still hoping the Kings cave and give us Barnes

I also wouldn’t hate if we gave Craig the nominal start against bigger teams. Like say the Pels? Do we want CamJ defending Zion?

Love Barkley finally calling that Poole highlight for what it was. He literally passed it from his right to left hand and kept dribbling, but ya it looks fancy if you don’t look too close

Man I really hope Book is making the leap…didn’t think he really deserved MVP talk last year, but he will if this keeps up

I think he has. It also becomes more clear tho that he needs a proper running mate.

Who’d be the best possible running mate for him? Outside of the obvious like Giannis.

KD could still come available and would obviously be great. I’m thinking big 2-way wing that can run the offense and play off ball. Pascal Siakam, Jaylen Brown…can’t imagine either of them coming available unless their teams collapse.

Brandon Ingram but I don’t see NOP trading him.
