MPJ really wanted to foul Ayton there. Good thing he was bailed out by the double clutch layup.
I yelled here.
I cackled just like every time he tried to dribble in a crowd of defenders. Comically inept.
Teams have clearly, finally read the scouting report on him. I don’t know what took them so long.

I've mainly been sitting out the past few games, and happily so -- but I believe that the pain will pay off as the Suns move into the post-CP3 era. Booker is now unquestionably the best SG in the league (when healthy) and Ayton is getting better AND also more exposed - he's having the offense run more through him and getting opportunities for growth. When the injuries clear out, the Suns will be far stronger.

Edit: depending on whether you count Doncic as a SG, of course.

Good battle, not sure the refs were justified in calling for a replay because Shamet was clearly outside the restricted area. They knew they blew the call tho and needed to correct it. Of course it had to be Shamet getting posterized too - he just seems like that kind of player.
Looked like we ran out of gas and our clutch time execution is non-existent this year. Still not panicking, but we need Book back and healthy. Feels like he forced it trying to play on Xmas. Can only tread water for so long before we really start to fall back in the standings.

Gordon is savage. That was one of the most brutal and nasty dunks I've seen. Shamet almost got the charge but his feet were just finishing planting and he leaned his body left slightly. Talk about getting posterized and then landed on viciously. If only we had Gordon. A bruising PF that rebounds and dunks ferociously. Everytime he wanted to dunk he dunked. I only recall the one time Bridges rejected him near the rim.

Bridges sucks ass lately. And he’s moving fine, let’s stop blaming it on some mysterious injury and coddling the golden child.
Tough loss.
This team is going nowhere without another alpha. I like Kuz, but he can’t be our only addition. We need a bigger shakeup

Ayton has one of the gaps between talent and basketball IQ that I've ever seen in the NBA.
I am tempted to score this game as a win for DominAYTON just based on the numbers, but watching him, he was so pedestrian. Just such a minimal impact on the game. And to hear Richard Jefferson, who is actually pretty sharp with his takes, make a comment about not believing anyone didn't want to pay Ayton his money, it made me want to vomit.

SGA begs to differ.
He can all he wants but I still think Book is better, and I don’t think it’s controversial to say that at all.

I think Booker is the best SG in the league too, but I don't know if I would add the "unquestionably" qualifier.

Ya…Mitchell and SGA are right there.

Speaking of Mitchell, of course, if you're Cleveland, you make that trade. But one downside of having him and Garland together is the complete marginalization of Evan Mobley. Garland+ Mitchell are hoisting 50-60 shots, and Mobley is shooting like 8 shots.
