My overreaction is I think we might be good center away from being a true championship contender.
Nurk just isn’t a championship level center but It’s a pipe dream trading Nurk. Too much of a negative asset rn, plus we’d had to attach draft capital to do it. We just need an option we can go tho.
Of potential options out there, Walker Kessler is literally perfect but so many teams could potentially outbid us tho.
Monte, Royce and Dunn make Grayson expendable but not sure who we can get for his salary. Kelly Olynyk?
Nick Richards
Goga
Paul Reed could be a decent option too.
Any other realistic targets?
Bobby Portis
Mo Wagner
Nick Richards
Frank Kaminsky

My realistic targets:
Nick Richards or Walker Kessler
Both can be had for Okogie’s contract…Neither would require 2032 1st, though you’d probably have to acquire a 1st somehow to get Kessler.
My targets if I’m including 2032:
Jalen Duren, Mark Williams, Tari Eason

Royce has been awesome and we need his “plays bigger than his size” ability on the wing. I don’t want to trade Grayson either…just send Okogie for the 5 help.
This my ideal scenario.
Playoff rotation of
Tyus-Book-Beal-KD- Nurk
Grayson-Royce-Dunn- *center upgrade*
With Monte and Plumlee there if needed.
Fuckin great. Especially if that center upgrade is Walker Kessler but even if it’s not that level of big man, our “death lineup” is probably Book-Beal-Royce-Dunn- KD right now, which I fuck with a lot. Dunn is ready for big moments. I feel it in my bones.

Dunn being this good has opened up possibilities for us…I think we will make a huge splash if we look like a contender at the deadline…big splash to me would be trading the 2031 1st

They probably wouldn’t…it’s not very realistic, but it’s my dream scenario. They did change their front office and coaching staff, so maybe the new staff isn’t super fond of Duren…though I doubt it

At least you're dreaming something other than WWs sad ideal scenario of nurkic still starting in the playoffs

He’s not going anywhere lol
But if we got Walker Kessler…I think he would be starting come playoff time

DLo looks like hes wearing pantyhose on his head.
I was trying to figure that out the first time we played him. Thought he had some weird hat on. Nope, just his hair.

No, because you're not a fair weather fan and you would have missed a great game.

Finally showing life. Gotta get stops. Time to repay the lakers for the other night
Almost a mirror image except this was much closer down the stretch.

Imma still blame this loss on Nurk. Unplayable against the lakers.
What loss?

I can’t stand Reaves…nothing personal, but his game is so annoying. He’s skilled, but his biggest skill is getting fouled
He's fantastic at selling calls.

Fuck them Lakers!
A LOT of their fans in the building. Pretty noisy too until the end. I enjoyed watching them slink out of the building.

Love Dunn my God amazing D tonight.
We have got to use our current logjam on the wing (Allen or Oneal) to find a replacement for Nurk and let Dunn take the wing minutes
Dunn has no fear. He goes right at LeBron.

I Dunn know why. LeBron barely continued his 1600+ or whatever it is streak of games with 10 or more tonight.

The Suns have turned around their 4th quarter woes of last season pretty well. They outscored the Lakers 33-22 in the fourth tonight.
