The +/- stats on the game say something pretty damning about the starting line up, especially Bledsoe.

It really does seem like there isn't enough ball time for all the guards to get into rhythm. When Goran and Blesdoe play together they seem to have issues getting going most of the time. Then IT comes in and just goes all ball dominant and whoever is in with him is left to sit around and watch most of the time.
I think last season worked so well when both were playing because one would go to the bench and the other would have free reign to run the offense and get going. IT has been on an offensive tear and is doing really good things off the bench but I wonder if this setup can really gel.
Another wrinkle in this is the Morrii being put into the starting lineup. We are running a lot more set plays early in the game over pick and rolls. The ball goes to the hands of a big at the free throw line a good portion of the time down the floor.
It is a lot of changes which unfortunately has the effect of making it hard for our starting guards to get going. There is a lot of time for adjustments it just sucks that we couldn't get it ironed out before the season started.

I agree. We knew we had flaws and new pieces. The best part of all this is that we are winning 60% of our games. The bad news is that not every night you get to play against the Lakers, but we've seen good production from basically every player but Miles Plumlee.

I'm looking forward to TJ Warren replacing Tolliver in the rotation, which is what should happen as soon as TJ's health allows.

TJ won't solve the problem of needing that stretch 4/5 to help clear the lane for our guards.

His 3 point shooting in preseason was encouraging, but I'm talking about playing him with Thomas, Green, Tucker and Len. That lineup's not starved for spacing.

Hornacek has his work cut out for him trying to get this team to jibe.

I think you nailed it right here why both guards seem to be struggling. Another reason why we shouldn't have resigned Bledsoe.
