You, Mori & Superbone have all mentioned it on different topics.

Not as much as MAGA has been mentioning it across the nation. It’s not a mori, Superbone, Nodack conspiracy. We are just making fun of the absurdity of it.

I don't understand the whole Taylor Swift thing, and haven’t spent any time trying to figure it out even though this has been discussed here quite a bit for some reason.
It's being discussed because of how absurd it is. And people really believe it. And Fox treats it as news.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

The funny thing about it is, just thinking about it, that it actually could be a psyop and is working exactly like it was meant to. To make one side(Reps) look ridiculous.

Everything's a "psyop" or "conspiracy".

They wanted to Impeach him for not doing enough to stop illegal immigration...and then they killed the bipartisan immigration bill to help Trump get elected.

I'm sure it had nothing to do with the Immigration Bill(which only give $20 billion to the border and 6x that to Ukraine, shouldn't it have been called the Ukraine Bill?) being a total crap disaster that had no excuse to be passed anyway.

The only reason border security was attached to Ukraine was because Congressional Republicans demanded it be. Then, after a bipartisan group of Congressmen drew up exactly that legislation, the GOP refuses to vote on it, anyway. Even if you give them exactly what they ask for, they will obstruct, because they aren't interested in governing or helping anybody, only in advancing the power of their own party.

If it was the Senate Reps that did that, I don't have any way of refuting that claim. Most Senate Reps seem to be arrogant and do business this way. I would rather these bills be single issue, and not wrapped around funding Ukraine or Israel or trans health support for Afghanistan.

Exactly. And I don't buy into the bs excuse of "that's just how things are done in DC". It doesn't need to be this way. This is also why you get bills that can't be passed, because of some poison pill was attached, and then the talking points are to repeat repeat repeat that the other side voted no against something everyone agrees with. It's dishonest, and it happens all the time.

Good news. She sucks and should have been ousted years ago.

What is the point of the hyperbole here? Is it a major wound? Is the GOP doomed to fall apart and be scattered to the wind?

They may actually introduce the vote as early as next week, with one of the Reps that voted against it did so that it could be back on the docket in the future.

Republicans are so desperate to get anything done at the border that they are streaming barbed wire, calling out the National Guard, defying the Supreme Court and even trying to impeach people for not doing enough to stop it fast enough.

There is areal bipartisan bill that both sides crafted and agreed to to address the situation that Biden says he will sign. A bill that would immediately help at the border.

Trump says no, so Republicans now say no too. Now they want to wait until after the election to do anything because doing something now would make Biden look good and Trump cannot allow that to happen. I guess the impeachment failed. Hard to impeach a guy for not doing enough and then turn around yourself and refuse to do anything.

When you frame it that way....

Nah, it still sucked, Biden could stop things right now without a bill to give him more power, and Mayorkas still deserves to be impeached for gross negligence in dealing with the border, creating an open border policy, and essentially being the best thing the cartels could hope for in increasing fentynol, human, and child trafficking.
