I was a regular poster to the old site some 3 1/2 years ago, then took a forced hiatus from life (due to the loss of my Wife), stopped posting here and became an occasional lurker. Fast forward to now, and I'm doing a whole lot better these days. Have no clue how, but a year ago I met a woman every bit as wonderful as my late Wife, and we plan to marry one day soon.

As for the Suns, seemed they also hit rock bottom not long ago. Kind of ironic how my favorite team had to endure the cellar, right around the same time as I did, and as I am in a better place today, so are my beloved Phoenix Suns! Life hits us all with a wreaking ball from time to time, but hope, hard work and never giving up...gets us right back on our feet again.

Nice to see the old gang finding their way back here. Thanks to Mori, we have a place to talk Suns Basketball again!

That's incredible. Congratulations. I just started seriously dating again after my divorce (4 years ago) and it's been o.k.. Still think about my ex-wife often though. I guess it's just the way it will always be.

Welcome, Doc! Good to see you around again. Sorry to hear about your former wife, but I am so glad to hear that you are in a good place again. It is great to see so many old timers find their way back here to talk Suns.

I'm still happily independent since my divorce. Maybe I'll start dating again once my HSer is out of the house but for now, I'm enjoying the freedom.

Hey guys', thanks for chiming in and welcoming me back.

All boards have their good (and bad) posters. The old .net was no exception, yet still beat all the other boards in terms of adult sports discussion (knowledge of game, overall intelligence, common sense and most of all...done in non-trolling fashion)...hands down. I always admired the "character" of the guys above...who welcomed me back. Even Carey, albeit from a "lurking" distance, I watched Carey do a great job of posting the daily news pieces and keeping the site organized. "Bone" always had a calming, yet common sense - air about him (just one of the good guys). "Mori" would throw us all a curve ball with his take on the team from time to time, which often got the from "INF" And "Swing" ALWAYS told it like it was . Never one to beat around the bush!
