It is if some good vets want to sign for the vet min. Plus we have the TPMLE.

Yeah. I’m wondering if he has something in his contract or not. There has to be some implicit threat that dictates what happens. If I’m the nets I’d want a young future first all nba team player.

Weird. DraftKings now has us at -225 to land KD, but I don’t see how it happens with the Nets not being a viable destination for DA.

I still lost respect for his analysis after that TV segment. His job priority is to know this stuff and it was hours after the KD news broke.

I wish we could know more about the Nets realistic asking price for KD.

They don't want Ayton, but how do they feel about guys rumored to be available like John Collins, OG Anunoby, DeAngelo Russell, etc.?

I'm a little on the 'nervous' side about Durant .. what mountain of assets will we give up ... and how will he hold up @ 34 over the contract term

So back to my earlier post, who's the "star" player they can realistically get in return for KD? And by realistically I mean, the team is willing to put together a package that totally reshapes their roster and KD is happy to go there.

I'm pretty sure the short answer is; there aren't any. So now it's a game of chicken.

The Nets either have to take an Ayton-centric deal or the pupu platter of sign and trade stuff in a three-team deal.
