Trump has his base convinced he is innocent and this is all a witch hunt. To those of us here, we have been witnesses over the years to all the things Trump is being indicted for now. We saw it with our own eyes and in his own words and actions. We really don’t need a trial to convince us of what we already saw. Trump told his followers to not to trust their ears or eyes and they have followed through spectacularly. I am not sure they even believe the indictments are real. Reality will eventually catch up to Maga.

Indictment #4 incoming.

I heard Trump was really pissed off that the judge called him Mr:Trump instead of President Trump. Four different indictments. I hope at least one of them is televised. I’ll stock up on popcorn.

If none of these are televised I’ll be seriously pissed…. They need to squash any narrative Fox and friends will spin and not televising it is going to make things worse.

This article does a decent job summarizing some things we know (based on evidence) that Trump said/knew. For example, his defense may try to claim that he didn't really think he lost the election, or that he truly did think there was massive fraud in many of these swing states, therefore fighting to overturn their election results wouldn't be a crime. But Trump had several statements indicating clearly that he knew these claims were BS. He said the ideas of Sydney Powell, who filed the Georgia election lawsuit, were "crazy." He told Mike Pence, "You're too honest," when Pence was reluctant to throw out election results under false pretenses. And then there's the quote to the DoJ where Trump said, "Just say that the election was corrupt and leave the rest to me and the Republican congressmen." Pretty damning.

Everyone on planet earth knew that Trump was going to claim fraud in the last election. He did the previous one even though he won. Everyone on planet earth knows that if Trump is in the next election he will claim fraud. Everyone on planet earth knows that Trump isn’t a big fan of telling the truth about anything and everything. All these articles telling us all what we already knew a long time ago.

I think Trump is in trouble in the latest indictment. His judge has a history with Trump already. She ruled early on that the Jan 6 select committee could gain access to all of Trumps teams info like emails and texts pertaining to Jan 6. That evidence made the case for Jack Smith to start investigating and led us to this latest indictment. That alone must make Trump furious with her.

She also presided over a bunch of Jan 6 rioters cases and she made several statements that don’t bode well for Trump. Several defendants complained that they are being charged but the people who organized the riot aren’t being charged.

Every day we’re hearing about reports of antidemocratic factions of people plotting violence, the potential threat of violence, in 2024.”

Chutkan has alluded more specifically to Trump in other Jan. 6 sentences, including her first — to misdemeanor defendant Carl Mazzocco, who Chutkan said “went to the Capitol in support of one man, not in support of our country.”

One Trump-appointed judge, Trevor McFadden, had raised sharp questions about whether Jan. 6 defendants were being treated more harshly than people accused of similar conduct during the summertime violence of 2020.

Chutkan-“People gathered all over the country last year to protest the violent murder by the police of an unarmed man. Some of those protesters became violent,” Chutkan said of the protests and rioting that followed George Floyd’s death. “But to compare the actions of people protesting, mostly peacefully, for civil rights, to those of a violent mob seeking to overthrow the lawfully elected government is a false equivalency and ignores a very real danger that the January 6 riot posed to the foundation of our democracy.”

Guess what Chutkan? Trump has been charged and now you preside over his case. Your opinions are relevant and we have a pretty good idea what your opinions are.

From what I have read, this judge doesn’t mess around. She’s already dealt with him and knows exactly who he is and what he is capable of. I don’t expect her to take any shit from him. Like always, Trumps biggest enemy is his mouth.
