And rookie almost NEVER contribute to winning.
Donovan Mitchell says hello.
Tell him I say hi.
Also, that team was below average without Gobert.
I can’t begin to understand how you don’t think Mitchell played a significant role on their team in the regular season and playoffs

To be fair, n4th4n said ALMOST never, he just capitalized the wrong word
Last year it was really an outstanding season as far as rookie contributions go with Mitchell, Tatum (and Simmons).

Ben Simmons says “Howdy”. And Jayson Tatum says “Hola”.

I will say I have more hope for him than Chriss. I have zero hope for Chriss.

I didn't scroll through all 30 pages that accumulated since I was last on...
I don't hate the Ariza signing since its just a year. Hopefully he can teach some defense and instill a winning attitude among the group. With that being said, not sure there's a huge difference with having him and Tucker a couple seasons ago. Maybe some better shot selection, more playoff experience, and less whining? I view them aspretty similar 3 and D players.
I am not sad that Ulis was let go, other than it obviously irritated Booker. But Ulis isn't really a contributor yet.
Give Booker max, Ryan. Don't dick around and piss him off.
I am not sure what the PG plan is. I should say, I do not like what the PG plan seems to be. I will never forget how bad Brandon Knight was and how much of a black hole he was on offense. And that was a healthy BK. I also havent been paying attention to mid tier FA signings thus far and don't know if a guy like Beverly is still out there or not. We need something else. I do not like large doses of Point Book yet. I think there are other areas of his game that need developed first.

Suns going to try to sign him back, I think. He would be useful for this team.

They could do a lot worse for a 10th-12 man. He can play and shouldn't cost a lot.

What the hell is yoga basketball? This seems like some Earl Watson shit.
Ayton already has developed an appreciation for Kokoskov – “he’s very smart, very detailed,” – but admitted to being a bit dumbfounded by Kokoskov’s “yoga basketball” warmup.
“I never heard of it. It’s very tiring, by the way,” Ayton said with a smile. “I’m talking, ‘You jump over here, land on one leg, shoot the ball, do a 180 spin and do it again and shoot the ball.’ You have to see it for yourself.”

I'm trying to figure out why Big Sauce was in New Orleans. I haven't seen any reports that the Pels were looking at him.

Not in the summer. My mom is an event planner for Visit New Orleans & the Steamboat Natchez. Business goes way down in the Summer because it's hot as fuck & there's no traditional summer activities like beaches & waterparks here.

“He wants to play right now,” Kokoskov said. “He brought us unbelievable energy and
kind of positive energy for this group to understand that our starting point guard is at this camp. His presence here meant so much to these guys and myself and the staff, but also to him to get that little feel for the camp, for the game. I think it was beneficiary for both sides.”
