Given my track record, you shouldn’t expect much from me on the first play of the day, but hey, it’s all just random, right?
Maybe you should go a few times before then, to get all of the other numbers out of your system.

Not saying its all on your shoulders, Im just saying that some of it may be on your shoulders.

As for Trae Young, I don't agree with the people saying that he stinks or should have gone back to school or whatever. He seems like a really solid prospect coming out of college, an exciting guard. I'd love to have him on the Suns. Just not with the #3 or #4 overall draft pick.

I never said he stinks or should go back to school. He should definitely take this opportunity to be a lotto pick. I think he's being overrated and think he's a risky prospect. People like to point to Nash and Curry as reasons why to draft him but those are extreme long shot scenarios. Both those guys greatly exceeded expectations and to look at them as possible comparisons isn't fair to Trae.

There are a lot more Luke ridnour, Trey Burke, Jonny Flynn tyoe progressions. I think Trae is a better shooter than Trey coming out of school, but that's more of how I see him as a prospect. He'll be a good offensive player but not a game changer. I'd rather have a PG next to Booker that provides shooting and defense. Trae is going to be bad defensively.

My gut says we land in the top 3, but not #1. I'm thinking #3

I haven't watched the drawing the last 2 years. I'll be here at 7 for the "4th pick again!" thread though.

What’s not to like? You’ve won four of the past 15 lotteries, including the LeBron lottery, and have one title to show for it. What’s not to like is you.

My understanding is that the lottery starts at 4:30 but we won't know our fate until about 5:20.
