I doubt if the Suns like losing either. I’ll keep watching. Waiting for them to get good before watching them seems like the very definition of fair weather fan.

fair-weather fan. A person who is supportive of and enthusiastic about a sports team only when that team is performing well.
I'm with you Nodack. I watch them all. It makes it all that much sweeter when they do turn it around. You can't just eat the frosting off the donuts.
I can deal with losing if it's a competitive game or I can deal with losing if there's a plan in place. I can't deal with habitual losing where we are getting blown out by 30. I have better things to do with my time. If that makes me fairweather than so be it.

Our offense is much, much better than last year, though still imperfect.
Stats trivia: Our Off Rtg is currently a full point below our league-worst standard from last season.

You guys are going to have to explain these advanced stats. You might as well be talking Martian to me.

As long as there are a few pieces on the team that intrigue me, I’ll continue to watch, can’t help myself. Last year once Booker sat I stopped watching for long stretches, just did not like anyone else on the team.
Right now, I like watching Ayton, Bridges, Okobo and Booker. Warren is good but he’s just not somebody that excites me personally, he’s a quiet no personality role player. The rest of this trash I absolutely could do without.

Offensive rating is just points per 100 possessions.

Yeah that's exactly why I've been watching this season so far.

YEah but this year we are 4th worst. And it is better than Boston's. SO take that!
snark aside, our offense looks much better, minus the TOs. There is so little hero ball going on, which is so much more fun to watch.

Fun stats of the day:
A 0.6 PER for Josh would be a huge jump. He currently has a negative PER. (-0.4).
He is currently the only player in the league to see real court time and have a negative PER. (>100 total minutes played)
The number of times in the last 75 years that a player had a negative PER playing more than 5 games for at least 15 mpg is 1.
Negative PER with at least 45 minutes played:

Kind of an elite group, but Tom Chambers did it, and Tim Kempton is the only player to do it twice. Our knack for landing washed up players who don’t know when to quit extends even to the broadcast talent.

I had no idea Tyrone Corbin was still playing in 2000-01... Wow.

20 points on 9-38 FG. 13 TRB and 4 AST against 18 PF. That’s the kind of thing you have to do to make this list.

If only we hadn’t alienated Dan Majerle...I bet he would be a great coach for these guys right about now.

That could only happen if he didn't talk to our owner. That wasn't going to happen.

Our fg% is up by a tiny fraction of a percent, but our ft attempts are down by a whopping 8.1%, despite having one of the best post players the Suns have ever had and a team full of slashers and drivers. We should be at the line all the time.

It might not have been a money thing. IT might have been a cuture thing. Bud might have directly asked Little Bobby how involved he planned to be.

He probably talked to Sarver and thought to himself "I want no part of this shit."
