If Paul has been hurt, then ya that’s a big time Monty mistake to just play him.

So when do we start the off-season thread? Should I mention that we have no draft picks, no cap space and we have a pending max contract?

Well, I think we can put the idea that Monty is a top=tier coach to rest. He's proven last year and this year that he isn't able to make adjustments in the big games, and he just isn't the kind of coach who can get his team fired up for a big game.

Anybody still wanna max Sheandre?

I believe this game is gonna cause some chaos in the off-season, I just hope it's not going to be irreparable, it's bad enough we have no draft capital to build around Booker and Bridges.
OKC has plenty of draft capital.
Do they wanna share it?

I have a gently used C if they are interested.

Just got home after listening to the first half on the radio. Total embarrassment. Likely Ayton’s last game with the Suns. What a waste of a season.

My plan would be to S&T him to Toronto for Siakam

I pretty much feel numb right now.
I was numb after Game 6. I've already prepared myself for this.
I mean, I was too (to a certain extent). But there's no way you can tell me that any part of you expected *this* 😬
Prepared for and expected are different. Game 4 is actually when I started to get worried. They had just been punked in Game 3 and were antipathetic to effort in Game 4.

Why would Toronto do that?

Ughhhhh, yeah combine this with dropping 4 straight finals games...🤢

Masai Ujiri countered with, "Lose this number" and hung up.

They were one meltdown of a Mavs 3rd quarter from being bounced in 4 straight again.

Either you trade Cam Johnson, Payne, and whatever other assets you have to run it back once again with an athletic, 3pt shooting, rebounding, and shot blocking PF or you dismantle and rebuild around Book, Mikal, and Ayton.

Either way, Crowder is too much of a liability, despite his impact upon culture.

Another weird trend this series, Ayton can't hit a damn free throw.
