The only one he didn’t shoot down was Kuzma
Hmm. Good observation. The info could be in what he doesn't shoot down.

We are half way through the season, should the Suns tank?

Only if they want Booker to demand a trade.

They won’t purposefully tank…but if Booker continues to have hamstring/groin issues it might make sense to shut him down.
I would focus on any trades to be made more with next year in mind though.

I don't mean purposefully and obviously tank. What if it was Sarver meddling that causes it? Would Book demand a trade if everyone was hurt and Sarver sabotaged difference making trades?

Sure feels unlikely that we can come close to what GSW and Boston did last year after their lulls. Most likely, we'll be patient and end up in play-in and a mid-round draft pick. I guess we need to see what the Ishbia Bros plan is. However, that's not until the end of January at the earliest from my understanding. This could definitely be a lost year.

Well I guess I am confused by your question. Your question has intent and action behind it ("should"). I don't see how Sarver's meddling would lead to tanking.
But if things just continue as they have gone, with a ton of injuries, CP3's decline, Ayton on again /off again, then no, I don't think that would lead to Booker demanding a trade.

I like Jalen. I’d be very happy if he’s our Crowder replacement
I'm waiting for Gambo's tweet stating that the Suns have no interest in McDaniels.
Ask and you shall recieve haha

There's no way they would have the balls to waive / stretch CP3. Only way would be if he suffered a horrible injury and basically retired. He'll be here through at least the end of next season, unless they found some way to trade him, which I doubt.

What they need to have is the balls to bring him off the bench.

Gambos biggest reports are always that something has not happened.

37-year old Chris Paul has been such a delight that I can't wait to see what the 38 YO version brings. Hopefully some really amazing chemistry and vibes.

Gambo says the Suns will sign a player within the next 24-48 hours, most likely a 10-day contract.
As for McDaniels, he spoke to both sides (Hornets and Suns) and there is no truth to the report.

The new owner might.

This is a good listen. They dive in to Ayton around the 22 minute mark. I feel like it validates what all but one of us are seeing right now.
(Or maybe they’re just not watching closely enough)

As much as I'd love to see the Suns improve, I really don't trust Jones to spend our assets. I'd rather wait until the new owner gets his guys in place before making huge changes. This team is still a good team when healthy, and I'd rather have an early playoff exit this year than be saddled with a bunch of mistakes next year.

I could see Jones getting a top 2 pick and using it on Wally's boy Grady Dick.
