I put 2 first from Miami cuz that’s going rate for Cam Johnson. I think the best way to facilitate a Jimmy-Beal is a 3 team trade where Miami gets upgrade somewhere else while taking on Beal too cuz I have no hope Beal would waive his NTC for anywhere else besides Miami.

We either trade for Butler or we trade everyone but the rookies and rebuild. Butler at least intrigues me enough to give it a shot. I just don’t see any other moves out there that can turn this team into a title contender. Even with Butler, we’d still need to make additional moves to get a bit more size and preferably an upgrade at center.

Ishbia isn't blowing it up. Swap Beal and Butler and then get a big before the trading deadline. Nurk, Okogie, and Allen all available for making the deadline deal.

Did anyone hear what Bobby Marks said on Bickley & Marotta? A straight up trade of Beal for Butler isn’t going to happen. How realistic even is it that we end up with Butler by the trade deadline?

I just can't get past my view that Miami can do better than Beal. Even no trade at all would probably be better for them than Beal. I really don't see why they do this trade unless we sweeten it with at least the 2031 1st. I would be stunned if we got the trade through without that pick attached, even if it's a 3-or-more team trade in the end.
