Dildo Brooks is way worse than Allen. Cannot fathom how Houston paid him what 90 mil?

There’s a sucker born every minute….

So if he does this in Detroit can we call this the phallus in the palace?

Spoiler alert - Book is 11 and Beal is 37. Both too low IMO. Beal was 19th last year but drops 20 spot because he's now a #3 on Phoenix instead of a #1 in Washington? And Book dropped a spot...sure. CamJ is 82, DA is 49th and Mikal is 33

There reasoning for dropping Book is stupid…they said he’ll have less opportunity to pad his stats basically. So shows this is more of a stat based ranking

Booker is unquestionably a top 10 player. Jokic, Giannis, Curry, Luka, Embiid, and KD are the only players I’d possibly rank higher (you could make a case for Tatum and SGA, though I don’t think Tatum is on par and SGA has to continue to prove it). ESPN’s rankings just leave me scratching my head. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say some casual fan who primarily follows the big market teams made it.

Ya the other two ahead of him you didn’t mention were LeBron and AD…I think I actually disagree more with them being ahead of Book than I do SGA…although I’d put him ahead of all 3.

Personally I think it’s Giannis, Jokic, Curry, Embiid, KD, and Luka in the top 6 in some order. Then Tatum and Booker are 7 and 8 in either order. I’d put SGA 9 and then I think Lillard 10. I’d kick LeBron and AD to 11/12. And I might put Jimmy ahead of them.

Yeah, I kind of figured AD and LeBron were in their top 10. 3+ years ago I would agree with that but not now. AD really hasn’t been the same player since they won the title. He’s far too inconsistent and injury-prone. LeBron has lost a step or two but he’s still a great player (especially for his age/miles). I agree with you on your ranking of players.

Not at all strange the league would come to that conclusion based on their own data.

"Load Management" has been thrown around in a broad range of contexts so some of it surely BS, but I think it's perfectly reasonable when a player is returning from an injury that required surgery or months away from full competition.

Obviously this is not scientific at all, but it does feel like more players are hurt nowadays than they were before. Players probably just played through injuries before though

Contrary to what former players love to preach, the game is more physically demanding now than in prior generations.

He's right. They're meaningless and he shouldn't care. I certainly don't and obviously don't even play in the NBA.

They are pretty meaningless but I do love them. Love making my own rankings, but players probably shouldn’t pay any attention to them

Brandon Miller didn't do anything wrong.

Kai Jones needs help for sure. Good luck to that kid.

Man, you are so lucky Barkley and Lanier aren't near you right now!

Just not so vociferously.
