Lavert is poor man’s Booker…he was pretty good in Brooklyn, but not great in Indy or Cleveland. He’s a better talent by far than anyone on our bench.

I think any team trading for Draymond (and paying him) is going to regret it. It's going to be like when the league looted the Bulls after Jordan's second retirement; none of those guys were as good elsewhere.

The Warriors need Draymond but Draymond also needs the Warriors.

Not willing to pay the guy beyond his current contract, but acquiring him while also consolidating some dead weight -current Crowder is dead weight- like Craig/Payne and/or hopefully Shamet for a player willing to do his best to prove precisely the opposite of your point, could be worth the risk. Big gamble, but given how the Jae situation played out, maybe it’s where the Suns are, but that’s why I said getting Revenge Draymond, (granted sending Payne and Shamet together would put the team in a hurry to get some one to do the job they are supposed to do)

But I completely agree with you on the second part: extending Draymond it’s a total recipe for disaster. And posibly that would be Draymond’s condition to play nice with his new team, in such case, hard pass. Also hard pass on any 1st round picks going out to GS. They are exchanging problems (if GS engage trade conversations, they’re acknowledging Green is/will be a problem)

Also can’t see Warriors dumping Draymond, let alone to a same division rival so Draymond can go berserk on them 4 times a year plus potential playoffs madness.

What? The video was released "to look this way"?! Dude, what you see is what you get. You did that. Just own up to it.

This is an awful quote from Steve Kerr. He's basically suggesting that domestic violence should be kept secret. That sounds like what abusers tell their family.

Here we go again--"not the guy I know."

I do understand what Kerr is getting at. People settle things "in house" all the time. Whether it's a verbal argument, a physical altercation, or whatever, if we knew every single piece of dirty laundry about everyone around us, we would all mass-cancel each other and society would break down. I do think if you physically punch a guy, that's extremely serious and you shouldn't settle things like that without repercussions.
