This guy is a traitor. Or at least he openly roots against American interests and in favor of our enemies.

I don't know what Trump was thinking. On the heels of a packed, raucous Kamala rally in Atlanta, Trump rolls into town and spends much of his time bashing other Republicans, including their popular Republican governor and AG. Georgia is such a winnable state for him, but I don't think this week helped his cause. IMO he just can't help himself; he's so mad that Kemp didn't help him do a coup on 1/6 that he will never let it go. In fact, after Trump's attacks, many other Republicans have come out in support of Kemp, not Trump.

It's just really dumb to spark an intra-party feud when you need every vote and every state you can get to win the election. Trump actually needs MORE states than he won in 2020; he needs to WIDEN his appeal compared to that race. How does this get him there?

Perhaps the most bizarre thing about all of this is that Gov Kemp himself responds vaguely to it by saying that he is focused on "winning" and "not on engaging in petty personal insults." He has stated repeatedly that he supports Trump in 2024. How embarrassing! Trump attacks you AND your wife and calls you every name in the book, and you say, "Yes please sir, may I have some more." Why don't any of these Republicans have any spine? How about denouncing this guy and saying you don't support him? Is this really the country and government you want, beholden to this man who wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire?

He knows his only chance as a politician is to get back in Trumps good graces somehow…being a Republican that Trump doesn’t like means you’re unelectable. Utah used to absolutely love Mitt Romney..then he went against Trump

What a weak beta Kemp is.

And yet Kemp has shown more spine against Trump than 99% of the rest of the GOP. Trump trying to flex his iron grip on the Republican Party using his tried and true method of insulting the crap out of people and calling them names like he’s done his entire child life.

Laura Loomer has said some absolutely abhorrent things lately since Harris became the nominee. Trump has repeatedly retweeted / re-"truthed" her, so he seems to like her.

Using Trump getting arrested as your cool thing to lure black voters seems sort of….

I continue to be stunned by how many things Trump can say, any one of which would have completely ended most people's entire political careers. How can you praise dictators like this? How can you say that they run their countries better than we run ours? How can you go on a talk show run by a white supremacist like this in the first place? Utterly reprehensible.

I can’t wait til Trump’s State Department issues travel advisories for New York City, Chicago and San Francisco.

I heard people tweeting that he must have been trying to do a mix of "Kamala" and "Obama" to try to tie her to Obama. I guess? But it doesn't really sound right, and, didn't Obama win two resounding victories when he ran for President?

I love that Trump seems to be spiraling…I wish we could have had a more fledged out primary(for both parties) but I’m starting to feel optimistic Trump will lose..I had pretty much accepted he’d win

IMO now that Walz is the pick, I think they're going to lock in on the attack that they are "too radical left-wing." Which, okay, that has some resonance, and Walz has passed several progressive policies as MN Gov. But I don't think these are the most lefty Dems in the world; this is not a Bernie/AOC ticket here. When they do those charts that try to rate how left/right people are, Walz doesn't come out way on the left. I think the constant hammering of Dems as being "radical left" is kind of ringing hollow after being used on every single candidate for so many years. If you look at the actual policies, most folks don't consider this stuff radical (school lunches, minimum wage, health care, abortion rights, and so on).

They were going to call them radical left wing no matter who the Dem President and VP was. That goes without saying. Trump spewing total garbage out of his mouth? Another case of Trumps mouth moving.

What I love about these Trump tweets ("truths") is that he just clearly is really bummed out that he is no longer running against Joe Biden. Biden was a pushover, headed for a loss, and Trump was riding high. Now Trump is facing a much stronger opponent, and he hasn't found an attack that works. He's worried.
