1st 50-point triple-double since Kareem did it in 1975.

Alvan Adams almost did it in 1977 with 47-18-12 against Buffalo.

Coach leaned too heavily on his guards and stopped feeding the hot hand in Warren. I've got to put the blame on him for going away from what was working. Definite improvement over the first game. With a distributing PG late and in OT, as FF noted, Suns win that game.

Relax. It's only his 2nd game as a non-interim head coach. It is just the start of season and there are 80 more games we can win. Playing to make the playoffs.
Did I get your undies in a wad earlier or something and now you feel compelled to take a shot at me? There's a difference between objective viewpoints with merit and stupid comments.
Interesting that you see that as taking a shot at you.
Apologies. Read it the wrong way and had a ton of meds in me during the game (fighting the flu). Pretty dick comment on my end.

Do you have to come here when you're sick? I haven't had my flu shot.

Suns showed a lot of grit. I can't complain too much about this one. Should have stayed with TJ though. This team might be better than I first thought. Great experience for the young guys tonight.

Non contagious ass flu. I shit you not. I'm susceptible because I have brown eyes. It runs in the family.

there was at least one suns staff telling westbrook to fuck off at the end but yeah Dudley should have done something when he walked past him. All he needed to say was 'where's Kevin?'
Thunder will ride westbrook all season and I imagine run him into the ground at some point. You cant do that kind of crashing in style without injuries eventually. I wont be sad one bit. I think that franchise will be stuck in in the middle/early playoff exit for a while, because if KD didn't want to chase a title with RW, then who else would. Fuck I hate losing to westbrook, not the thunder, westbrook. My guess is Robin Lopez gets him later this season

Warren was the man tonight. Awesome game by him. Booker didn't shoot well but he showed progress. Needs to fix those freethrows. Chriss was decent in the few mins he played. I liked the teams grit and hustle. I think the offense gets stagnant too much in the half court. Not sure if that is on Watson or the guards.

I'm not sure I can watch 82 more games of Brandon Knight. I just can't. His stat line isn't going to show how awful he was. He has got to be the worst ball handling guard in the league. It's abysmal. Followed by Bledsoe. These guys have so many unforced errors each game. Knight just puts his head down every single time. Not sure how you fix him. for every good thing he does he does 2 or 3 bad.

Got an alert that Westbrook had 50 before I saw the game so I assumed Ulis was on him alot. Nope. Just Bledsoe and Knight

I don't mind the loss. We played them tough, and we want lottery balls anyway.

I hate Westbrook so freaking much. Amazing stat line he had, though.

I despise watching Brandon Knight. I can't wait until we get rid of him. I still can't believe we gave up that Laker pic for this no talent ass clown.

Through two games, TJ has been tremendous on defense. Booker, meanwhile...

Going over to the ESPN trade machine to figure out how to turn Knight and Len into something useful. :(

Yeah, such an asshole move for Westbrook to stand in front of the Suns bench and scream at the end of the game.

Knight + Len to Philly for Okafor and Stauskas.

A few observations:

Ulis needs more minutes to get the offense moving. Take some minutes from Knight, Bled and Tucker. Actually, take all of Tuckers minutes. Cut the rotation to 10. Play MC a bit more.

Don't really see a "3" on this roster other than Dudley, and he can only play so much. Warren is playing bigger; he's not really just a perimeter guy. It's only one game, but wow ...

Guy looks like he is on cocaine. He is more intense than Jordan. A little bit too crazy, though.

Agreed on Ulis. As for Warren, what I saw against OKC screams swingman. Anyway, the guy has all the moves and we are finally starting to see them. It's a shame his first season he was buried then the freak injury.

Knight to Minny for Rubio so that we have a real distributor and then ship Len, Tucker, Bledsoe and a pick or two for Cousins. Rubio, Booker, Warren, Cousins, Chandler with Ulis, LB, Chriss and Bender off the bench.

This game is on NBATV right now as the "Game of the Day" described as the best match-up of the week from around the NBA.
