The problem is Knight (and possibly the coaching staff) is/are confusing a spark plug player (think Eddie House) with a 6th man. If we want Knight to be a spark plug player then he is getting WAY to many minutes. If he is going to be a 6th man then he needs to play more like Bender did last night. Find out whats needed while on the bench then come in and bring THAT. THAT may not be definable by stats. THAT may not get you interviews after the game, THAT may not give you redemption from not being a starter.

Very well said, but Knight is what he is (like most by their sixth season, I guess). He is not going to come in with a distributor mindset even if that's what the team needs.
