I think Nick Nurse is probably a better Xs-and-Os coach than Monty, but you'd lose something reputationally with Book and KD if you made that move. I think some of Monty's weaknesses can be supplemented on the assistant level.

This is completely what they need to do - get a great x and o and game flow assistant and let Monty do the people management stuff, which seems to be his strength (and be the face of the franchise at a coaching level)
