I don't think you do.
It's a good thing but only when combined with good basketball (which is what Coach Bud is alluding to). It keeps other teams on their toes.

To me, "random" means not having much of a plan at all, which is what I saw for most of the season.

You should. I know last season sucked but being such a Negative Nancy about Bud is kind of grating.

I’m listening to a Bucks local sport journalists reflect on how bad firing Coach Bud was. That it never made sense in the first place unless there was something behind the scenes unseen. It will be interesting to see if this hiring is a move for longevity to break out of the anxious trend of firing your coach every 3 years—or more if you’re the phx suns. Learning more about his long time experience with Coach Pop and his affinity for creating diverse offensive sets creating jump shots and drives to the lane he sounds pretty solid.

It’s hard to say until you see it. I think the win now reactions caused a lot this given all the dynamics of how short of a window we had with cp3’s health, Ay*** immaturity, and then the KD opportunity once Ishbia had all the launch codes. Hopefully coach Bud does well enough to stabilize the future coaching situation whether they win in this next narrow window or just blow it all up.
